The Child Development Center (CDC) in Casper, Wyoming is dedicated to serving children living in Natrona County, birth through age five, with development delays and/or an identified disability.  CDC is a private 501(c)(3) non profit organization that is partially funded through the Wyoming Department of Health’s Division of Developmental Disabilities, as well as through grants, fundraisers, foundations, and individual donors.  CDC is governed by a Board of Directors composed of local consumers, professionals, and lay leaders of the Casper Area community.

The CDC has made a commitment to a fully inclusive program that focuses on the development of the whole child through an individualized approach.  Early Intervention Services and Preschool for children with developmental delays are provided at NO COST to families.  For infants (ages 0 - 2) services are provided in the child’s natural environment.  Preschool Children (ages 3 - 5) can attend one of CDC’s 12 fully integrated preschool classes that are based on The Creative Curriculum.  Early intervention services offered for all children include: Cognitive Development, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, and Social & Emotional Therapy.

The Child Development Center has been meeting the needs of children in Natrona County since 1967 and exists to provide premier, family-focused, developmentally appropriate services for children birth through age five.
